Rob Lewis, President Prior to Everest, Rob was the Senior Vice President of Supply Programs for Sentient Flight Group, where he led the development of Sentient's fuel program and the acquisition and integration of the Everest Aviation Resources fuel management business. In previous positions at Sentient, Rob also oversaw the company's FBO and Base Services Division as well as its Operator Relations Department. Before Sentient, Rob was a senior manager in Deloitte Consulting's Energy Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Rob was also a management consultant at PA Consulting's Energy Strategy & Risk Management practice working with Fortune 500 and start-up companies. Rob also served in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Officer.
Rob received his B.S. in Physics from the US Naval Academy and his M.B.A. from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business. He is an active instrument-rated private pilot.
Noel Donald, Vice President of Sales Noel is the former CEO and founder of Everest Aviation Resources (EAR), the industry pioneer of fuel management in corporate aviation. Noel joined Everest when EAR joined with Sentient Flight Group’s fuel program to become Everest Fuel Management, LLC. Prior to Everest, Noel was Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Colt International. Noel’s experience in aviation highlights his strengths and passion to effectively build and lead the sales and marketing efforts of jet fuel and fuel management to the “corporate aviation segment” to a new level of service and value. With a strong vision and purpose, Noel continues to achieve his objectives to innovatively develop strong client relations, provide the best value for the client, and deliver client programs and services that are second to none, whether working with a small flight department or Fortune 500 department.
Noel holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Mississippi.
George Ball, Vice President of Supply & FBO Relations Prior to joining Everest, George was Senior Director of Purchasing & FBO Relations for Sentient Flight Group. George's extensive career in aviation also included positions as Vice President, Logistics & FBO Relations for NetJets, Inc. as well as Ground Support Manager for Bombardier Aerospace's FlexJet Program. George has also served in various trucking/logistics management positions such as Vice President of American Trucking Company, Logistics/Operations Manager of Schilli Transportation Services and Director of Operations, Temstar. George is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and served in various flying assignments as well as various Air Force and Headquarters Joint Staff assignments world wide. George is past Chairman of the NATA Safety and Security Committee, member of the NATA Business Committee and past member of the National Safety Foundation Ground Accident Prevention Committee.
George holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Economics from Purdue University and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University. He was Six-Sigma Champion certificated at Bombardier.
Chandra Stewart, Vice President of Operations & Service Prior to Everest, Chandra was the Director of the Fuel Management Program for Sentient Flight Group where she built the operational platform and strong service culture for fuel management. Before Sentient, Chandra was a Regional Manager for Ascent Aviation Group, a leading distributor for ConocoPhillips. In this role, Chandra focused on downstream distribution of aviation fuels and branding FBOs. Prior to Ascent, Chandra was a sales and account manager for a national aviation fuel reseller. Before starting her career in fuel, Chandra worked for Delta Air Lines in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Chandra received her Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma with a dual major in Management and Marketing.
Michelle DeStefano, Director of Technical Business Development Prior to Everest, Michelle was the IT Project Manager for Fuel Programs at Sentient Flight Group, where she managed system automation and projects to improve customer integration, business processing and support the company’s growth. Prior to Sentient, Michelle was a Principal Consultant at Knowledge Rules, Inc., a consulting firm, where she managed workflow IT projects for American Express, JPMorgan Chase, First Marblehead and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Michelle was also a Senior Client Consultant at Pegasystems, Inc. and implemented their CRM and BPM suite of products at General Electric. Michelle also held positions as a Treasury Officer at Fleet Bank Services and Chase Manhattan Bank, NY where she was responsible for the Foreign Exchange Operations.
Michelle received her B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Law from the State University of New York at Binghamton. She is also a graduate of the Operations & Systems Management Development Program at Chase Manhattan Bank, NY.
Damon Lusk, Director of Finance Prior to Everest, Damon held positions as Treasurer and Senior Director of Financial Planning at Sentient Flight Group as well as Operational Controller at Standex International, Inc., and Manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Ernst & Young in Houston, Texas. Damon has more than 15 years of leadershiop experience in Corporate Finance and Accounting, including mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, treasury, corporate audit, internal controls, and private and public company financial reporting.
Damon is a licensed C.P.A. in the State of Texas and holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters of Business Administration from Northeastern University.
